Very nice! I make all sorts of variations on the flapjack (but without a lot of sugar) and I share HFW's contempt for those "festering" mock-flapjacks produced by the large food corporations, especially when they market them as "healthy" when they're clearly ram-packed with sugar with the sole purpose of making you crave more so you buy more.
