If you invest in some large stainless steel stockpots (plastic will work), read a little and have a smidge of patience then you can brew your own beer of any character you like^_^

Homebrew kits are amazing these days. I've just enjoyed two very nice bottles of Woodfordes Headcracker (around 8%) at a cost of a quid a pint. The last brew of decent bitter worked out at 30p a pint!

The Wherry kit is excellent!
