Asked the family for a head cam after my fun today plus i'm sure it could be used for fun rides off road.Good film, amazed at how many peds just walked across the cycle lane not expecting a bike to nearly have them !

Interesting - have driven around those areas many a time over the years. How old are those lanes and cycle crossings around Hill St and Hurst St? Never really noticed them as a driver, so as you say probably the last thing you expect.

Interesting Video, that's the same way i'd have to cycle if i were cycling home from the city center. I take the canal route straight to Bournville though.

What is the camera make that you used? The video quality is realy good.

I'm surprised you go home that way Mr P - wouldn't it be easier with less traffic by going up Bath Row and then along Wheeleys then across the university area to Pritchatts/Vincent Drive?

None of the contraflows in Bristol have a raised kerb like that one other than at the entrance to the contraflow.

I had to kerb my pedestrian letching. (OK, I know it should be curb, but I fancied a bit of second rate punning, there).

I think my commentary mostly involved saying hello to random strangers, and then commenting on how they never respond to me when I got out of earshot.

A bit tight at 7:38. How on earth did you get through that tight bit with the central reservation?
Traffic seemed to be busy that evening - usually it clears just after the ex Earl Grey pub, and doesn't pick up again until Kensington Hotel.

Oh right I can't say I have ever been from town down the Pershore road. I would have rode up bath row then down the canal or over past the Uni.
