I think I'm about done - I will start like this next week (I need to wait for all this to arrive) and then will start the commute. I have a weekend dayshift so roads nice and quiet to do proper run
Let's do this. I can save myself 50 miles a week on straight commute - so that's not a lot admittedly, but if I could do 100% commuting all year by bike then thats 2600 miles a year I could save diesel money on, and lose weight with
Makes it part of the routine of work too, and I really fancy the idea of a nice ride home after a 12 hour night shift. Not sure I'll feel the same when it's slashing down, but we'll see
