Box components and Crash replacement

Has anyone Dealt with box and used their Crash replacement? Any advice or what sort of % you paid.

The lad has smashed his Box one rear mech

I have actually been in touch and its brilliant. Completely Free crash replacement for life limited to 2 in a rolling 12 month period. New mech should be with me tomorrow.

Its really good stuff too, even the early stuff like the young un has got on his, the pushpush shifter is the best he's had for little hands, makes shifting easier than grip/ conventional triggers
