Brake leaver pull ??

Hello again,

I just wanted to ask what do you people think is an acceptable amount of pull on the brake leaver for full lock on either wheel.

Currently I have to pull the leaver about half way in order to come to a dead stop.

When I say half way Im judging that by the distance left between the leaver and handle bar when pulled firm !?.

Providing the lever does not get near to contacting the bar, then any distance which is comfortable for you is fine IMHO.

I think that the standard used, is that the levers should have at least a quarter of the pull before the brakes lock.
