    erm well they are crap.

any tip on sorting out a langster to make it actually stop.
would it really be just the pads?

(and no to the 'fixed' option)

Mine stop great, but I seem to remember getting a reasonable improvement on the originals with some new pads. I have some duraace ones in there at the mo, but Koolstop are supposed to be good too.

koolstop pads made a big difference to my brakes.
  5. Koolstop - I have salmon on mine - the brake pads + the fish make an unbeatable combo!

    Seriously, they work well.

I use Clark brake blocks, they work well enough.

must admit the brakes on mine are gash, mind you they are trying to stop 15stone ( + rucksack) Ride fixed and then you don`t need brakes !! Joking aside I`m tempted to put the 105 brakes of my old racer as they work great.
