I use a Morphy Richards "fastbake" machine.
It makes good bread and.....providing the yeast is not too old...........it's always a success.
BUT...........
every loaf rises more at one end than the other i.e. it slopes from one end to the other.
Its all well baked and its all edible.......just 'bigger/deeper' at one end.
As far as I recall it has always been like this.
I am wondering if the heating is uneven ?
I have tried googling it but found no solution.
Any ideas ?????

Which brand of yeast are you using?
How close to its use by date are you using it?
Do you use it by the sachet or part sachet?

A variety of brands.........same result every time.
Never use yeast passed the recommended date.
I use each sachet twice......maybe 3 times...and bin it after 10 days. Today I used a new sachet.....same result.

When mixing, does the machine sound normal, i.e it's not labouring slowly while kneading your dough?

A very slight incline but the slope seems to go against the angle of the incline
Try rotating the machine 180 degrees or move house to rule it out?

Is your oven level ? Seriously check it with a spirit level . If your oven not fan assisted you could have done uneven heating element failure ?
