I used to think it was bland until mum bought a free range Norfolk bronze. There are plenty of other poultry I prefer, but that was better than the cardboard and cotton wool ones you get in works christmas dinners and so on.The Velvet Curtain said:I've nothing against bread sauce, it's the Turkey I can't understand. Personally I prefer meat with some flavour on Christmas day.
I tend to prefer a rib of beef instead. Mrs Cube wants a goose this year. (Ping Fnaar!)
