Yesterday I got a letter from the RAC confirming my ongoing cover from them for another year of road side assistances. The letter was covered all over with a "big thank you" message trying to show there appreciation to having taken out another years cover. I've been with them since 2005 and I've never called them out once . I was shocked though to see my monthly costs had sky rocketed from £13 to £23.
For me i think it's totally unexpectable and called to cancel it only for them to magically drop to price to around £10 a month. Where do they get there figures from. They must pull them out of a hat?
