I'm a cup-of-coffee-at-home,-16-miles,-cup-of-coffee-at-work-and-breakfast-mid-morning sort of girl, but if I'm eating at home my favourite simple breakfast is mixing yoghurt with raw oatmeal the night before. Fruit yoghurt, or add a bit of sugar. Better still, desiccated coconut and grated apple - low fat bircher muesli. Or berries, or sultanas, or dried apricot etc etc.
