Home made branflakes

That must take ages to make...cutting out all the individual flakes

I just have a bowl of muesli, a coffee and a glass of water before I leave.

Then a banana, cereal bar/flapjack and 1/2 litre of water when I get to work.

You don't know the half of it - first I had to find some oxen to plough the field...

Nothing for me before the commute as I expect it would end up depositied at the side of the road, I do seven miles and thats not enough to use up whats left over from the previous evening, get to work and have a brew and a couple of rounds of toast or a Muesli bar when the hunger kicks in, lunch at 10:30 (sandwich, cant wait) and then a yoghurt and a Banana, few nuts at 4pm ready for the slightly longer ride home, also, eating that keeps me fromthe crisps and biscuits when I get in.

A glass of fresh orange before my 10-mile commute. The riding is enough to stir me from my sleepy state, and I have either Weetabix or Jordans Super Berry Muesli, a pint of water and a cup of tea when I get to work.

I thought I ate a lot.

6 weetabix for me this morning but that was a one-off. Normally I only have three but I think riding in on the fixed each day is making me more hungry.

Then one strong cup of tea. Half-pint of Ribena. Half-pint of water. Half-pint of milk on getting to work and a strong black coffee.

6!!!!!

bet you can't eat more than 3 shredded wheat tho ;)

Normally have porridge and golden syrup + a cup 'o tea.

Got up this morning at 5 to be greeted by a power cut  Had to have squash to drink and cereal with milk. Power came back on just as I was about to leave the house.

-2C and very frosty when I left, I could have done with that porridge!!
