Large bowl of porridge with peanut butter swirled in, great combo of carbs and protein, tastes great too

Morning 12 mile commute nothing before hand other than a sip of orange juice 300ml chocolate milk immediately after the ride provides everything you need for your muscles to recover then when changed into work attire slice of toast maybe a microwaved egg and some strong cofee

mid morning yogurt or protein based snack maybe an apple as well

Lunch protein based lunch be it a tuna salad or fried rice and chicken or variants of anything with a reasonable mix of carbohydrate and protein

to set me up for the 16 mile commute home 2 hours prior banana and oat cakes or pumpkin seed ryvita (nothing heavy) possibly another apple and definately a strong cup of filter coffee

add to that one or two more coffees through the day

As for breakfast depending on the length of your ride in minutes if its less than 50 minutes you should not need anything

After a ride depending on how physical it is ie: if your legs tell you you've been on the bike for the last 30 minutes plus look to intake a mixture of protein and carbohydrate generaly 2 thirds carbohydrate to 1 third protein like I say Chocolate milk (the right type) will provide this and is a great poor mans way of getting good protein and glucose into those muscles after a good workout without having to mix protein shakes

If Im feeling a bit empty in the afternoon lack of energy I look to a spike of sugar in the form of a gingerbread biscuit or high sugar cereal bar or if I have one another banana that with some more oat cakes

I thought I would have something this morning before setting off. But no, got up and only wanted coffee again. The Bacon and sausage sarny mid morning was delicious tho.

oats , youghurt, milk and honey or jam!

keeps my good to peddle all day.

no sugary drinks in the afternoon of im in the office though, cause fueling the oat mix makes you fart like a trooper!
