Quite a few months ago we bought a cycling jacket from an ebay store and Eileen loved it, earlier this week the zip failed and that was it we thought as once feedback is given, that's about it as far as ebay are concerned, anyway I emailed the seller who got straight back in touch asking what the problem was, he then asked me to send it back for him to have a look at the zip, the next day he asked how much the post to return it was, and within seconds of me telling him..........the money was refunded, this was yesterday, today Eileen received a brand new jacket, identical but with much better zips.
Fantastic service to say the least, after all after 3 months he could say it was a sports jacket and caused by wear and tear or we had been rough with the zip and damaged it ourself, well chuffed.
