A user on road.cc has posted that locals were putting tacks on parts of the detour.... I hadn't heard about this so did anyone else?

I saw tacks down in the alleyway that had the barriers up (though they didn't seem to be there this week - the barriers not the tacks I went the long way round via the A road).

I have been using the alleyway again now the barriers are down. I am still at a loss to where the new faster diversion is as there seem to be no signs but I still hate the detour whatever route it is. I want my tunnel back
