Bristol Cycle Path Questionaire

For those of you reading this message who don't know me, I am a crime
reduction officer stationed at Newfoundland Road Police Station and have
been given the responsibility of reducing pedal cycle theft in Bristol.

The Bristol Crime Reduction Unit is also looking into other areas of
pedal cycle crime and to this end, I wondered if you could complete the
attached questionnaire?

We need as much data as possible so please feel free to forward this to
anyone you know who cycles along the Bristol portion of the route
(between Staple Hill and Bristol City Centre).

The only thing is I don't know how to attatch a word doc - which is the form the questionaire is in.

A selection of the questions include:
Do you feel safe using the path?
Have you choosen not to use it for safety reasons?
Would you like to see CCTV
etc.

I am happy to email the word doc to anyone wanting to fill out the questionaire or can someone tell me if you can upload a word doc?

Sent it too you - hope it works. (I have to admit I haven't worked out how to fill in the word doc without printing it - then I will have to scan it to email it back to him).
