Thank you. Maybe I am. But I just think Andrew Marr's skill as a presenter far outweighs consideration of his looks. Perhaps it's just that I'm attracted to intelligence above all else..

We are usually our harshest critics Arch. No lasting relationship was built on something as superficial as looks, and TBH I find it an enormous hinderance to some (youngest offspring gets so much agro she won't even walk the dog for fear of comment from passing car drivers/lads in the street etc)

I must agree with you there Arch. Intelligence, and/or personality come first, and then looks are the least consideration. It is no good being handsome, if you have not got a smiling face, and twinkly eyes. And a nice friendly voice.

An evening with Andrew Marr, would be far more fun than an evening with some person like David Beckham. Just think how good he, Andrew, would be at playing charades.

Same here. I tend to find intelligence in itself attractive and then attribute the appearance of the person to that attractiveness (means I think you are lovely, Arch ). Also I cannot find a person attractive, no matter how they look, if they are not intelligent.

Personality is important too of course.

I wish I had seen the programme. I think I would have enjoyed it.

Cant understand the negative comments - because its highly interesting!
