I'm a member of BC. There is supposed to be a discount on the Wiggle site for BC members, but I can't work out where the difference is.

If I search for tyres on Wiggle they are the same price if I go through the BC site. Am I missing something or have I been taken for a mug?

I think it's 12% off the RRP, not the actual listed price. So if you're looking at some tyres that are already reduced that's your lot.

Disappointing, definitely.

To see if your account is linked properly then towards the top of the wiggle page it will say "welcome mr x you qualify for platinum customer discount"

If it says that and you are not seeing any difference in the price then it is will be because the discount applies on the RRP, so if it is already discounted by 15% you wont notice anything.

It depends on what discount level your wiggle account is normally on it could be that it is higher than the discount level BC is offering. The other thing to make try is log out of wiggle then close the browser then open a new browser window then goto the BC website and click on the wiggle BC shop link and see if that works, thats what worked for me.
