broken nose

Oops.

After a coffee at the top of a big climb I got on my bike before I was ready.

While putting change in my back pocket, i suddenly realized i was going pretty fast. My other hand squeezed the front brake too hard and I went over the top.

Luckily my nose broke the fall.

Arm in sling and various bruises/scrapes, but it could have been worse.
