Broken Sidi Shoe clasp

After I finished my morning ride today I unclipped and then went to remove one of my Sidi Eagle Pro shoes. Sadly, when I pulled the red clasp of the right shoe it just snapped off clean in my hand. This meant I had to coerce my foot out of the shoe!

Having done that I now need to look at a replacement. On inspection the last little bit of the red clasp was jammed against the strap and after removing that the clasp will no longer hold.

The shoes are pretty new (February) so I wondered what Sidi were like for warranty replacements. Does anyone have any experience? Otherwise, any idea where I could buy some more if it has to come to that?

Contact your place of purchase, (assuming you bought them new), should be covered I'd have thought.

Sadly it was Amazon (they were selling them for £35!) and they aren't usually that helpful after 30 days. I'll give them a go and then try SIDI if all else fails.

The Eagle 5 Pros retail around £180-200. Are you sure yours are really Sidi?

Depending on which bit is broken, it might be a replaceable part. Most of the breakable bits on Sidi shoes are replaceable.
