Bought a virtually new Brooks B17 off a CC member last week. Did my first real ride on it this morning. By heck, it's hard. However my sit bones are well supported and I am confident that once it is broken in it will be very comfortable.

Yes once your sit bones are broken in you can perhaps graduate to this one as the late great Sheldon recommended.

Use it on the bike in the summer and go curling with it in the winter.
