Both rails on my B67 simultaneously sheared through on the commute home this evening. Probably about 2,5 years old max and used for a daily 4km commute - not entirely impressed.

They have FB page which makes getting in touch easy. Plus neg publicity on their page will make them keen to put it right as the public will be watching.

Actually, beer jests aside, Customer service is top notch and a returned damaged product is often replaced with a new one. My Swallow was replaced when it broke although I hasten to add I didn't break it!
