A brown dog ran into Brixton Road this morning, forcing the gentleman in front of me, and me to apply the brakes. The dog then ran back. I suggested to the people on the pavement that it would be wise to keep the pooch under control. They told me to "mind my own ..........ing business."

I laughed and rode off.

Just thought I'd share.

You weren't the only one I had one of those evenings too, serves me right for not waiting patiently for a lbs to order a part in (up to a month they said) I went on line and ordered it from Pro bikekit instead, it should be here before the weekend.

Lawless Britain. Shame its not the Wild West, (although in some places it does seem to be). You could have reached down and just shot it.

I had one as well this evening. There's a cycle contra-flow on Smallbrook Queensway in Brum. It's lit for cyclists and I was approaching on green, when all of a sudden a dizzy office woman marched out, looking the other way and against the red man. I shouted, she looked, did the side-to-side dance, and I just managed to avoid her.

Not a nice one.

That happens to me at least once a week at that junction. Well done for seeing the green light though - it never seems to come round on the lights cycle. I also hate the road before there where drivers don't look right as they think they are turning onto a one way street.
