Brox repair

Has anyone on here replaced the two joints on a Brox quad. Rubber "joints" now failing & I'm using a extended bolt to to hold the joints in place. This should prevent the two halves parting in use.
However if anyone has replaced these can you say how you did it.

Dunno what they look like, but from your 'rubber joint' and holding the 2 halves together with an extended bolt anything like something on this page ? - do you have a photo?
