Pickled brussel sprouts are excellent too.

Somebody in the Sealed knot regularly brings along various home made ice creams (he has a battery/solar operated freezer box), and one he brought last year was Brussel Sprouts.

Most people wouldn't even try it.

I actually quite liked it, and finished up eating a lot of it since hardly anybody else wanted it.

So many people have had sprouts ruined for them, by their parents or grandparents boiling them for 8 hours. I do really like them when not overcooked (or frozen), and I do like curry, so I would gladly give them a try

I am similar. My wife likes them seriously overcooked (for my taste), so when we have them hers go in the boiling water, while mine go in a steamer above that, and not even there until hers have been boiling for several minutes.

That's not a curry @classic33!
I would eat that, the sprouts are a minority ingredient in this chilli.
I like sprouts, but I don't like curry.
