He's yelling at you that theres a cycle lane there, while you're doing above 20mph, and thats the best he can do as an excuse? He thinks that is appropriate behaviour? Get in touch with the manager and explain properly, and request a meeting with both the instructor and his manager to explain further.

Would do, but i dont have the time to do this, nor the energy.
It will just end up with them saying i was in the wrong, when they clearly know they are in the wrong and i was perfectly legally cycling. But they cant own up to this. I think the guy really contacted the police to find out if i had reported him, and that if i had reported him he was going to report me for my bad language.:wahhey:

Oh wow, you swore at someone in reaction to being threatened with a lethal weapon, how utterly terribly naughty you!

Exactly.
The person on the phone said to my mum something about the language i used, mum said, "Did you use bad language to this person", i said yes and mum said, "well we dont dispute that, but that makes no difference to this mans actions"
Sounded more like he was denying everything andbeing a big baby about th language.

When I was learning to drive my instructor reckoned the BSM tutors were rubbish. He said that many of them were inexperienced and just using BSM for the training.
