be another fortnight before the next flat ride; don't think i have the fitness for a hilly one currently

I prefer our clubs hillier rides, you get a break waiting for the others to catch up, everybody always waits; whereas the flat ride is relentless and if you have one bad 5 minute spell you are off the back and dropped from the chaingang.
