buggered free wheel

i have this problem
the free wheel wobbles
is it a buggered free wheel considering i have recently trued wheel and replaced ball bearings, axle and greased?

No, multiple freewheels all do that to a greater or lesser extent. It'll be fine.

is that much normal? considering it is a 7 cog

Well, I've seen better and Ive seen worse. The last ones I had on my bikes (before converting to freehub) were about the same as that.

The video shows that the sprockets run true when power is being applied which is the important thing.

Looks ok to me, i thought they were supposed to wobble to aid shifting as the older gears did not have ramps?

interesting didn't know that so when i fit a new free wheel some point in the future for some other reason i should be happy when it wobbles?
