burning pain

For the last 3 weeks iv had a burning pain at the back of my heel only get it when i lift my toes to my shin i cant think how iv done this as i cant recall doing anything to course it . anyone know what it could be ?

It's inflammation of the sheath around your Achiiles tendon. Try to work out how it happened, stop doing that or wearing that footwear. Rest it, ice it and take Ibuprofen.
