No, I work for a housing association - we are unlucky to have loads of properties in Nottingham, so from 5am onwards we just got bombarded with calls and most people really don't seem to understand that there was absolutely sod all we could do... A lot of our lovely tenants are not endowed with a large measure of common sense, let alone the basics of courtesy, patience, etc.... Grumble!
Yeah I get what you mean, the area isn't the best place to find the perfect specimen of Human kind.
