Bus adverts - lorry turns left across female cyclist?

Apparently there are some poorly photoshopped images on the back of some buses showing a girl being run over by a left turning lorry. Anyone seen one? Please get a photo/video if you can?

It was a crappy poster campaign from last year. I only saw one in the flesh and it looked like it had been designed by someone learning the basics of Photoshop. There's a pic on the web, I'll see if I can track it down.

Edit: It has been removed from the LCC site - however, if you use google images you can see a small pic on P2 of the results if you search with "poster cyclist lorry" via a Lfgss link.

Be careful, I bet your search results are in a different order to someone elses. Search results are personalised by google depending on interests, previous searches etc. which can be a real pain when trying to point stuff out. Google 'filter bubbles'
