Busted Knee - no more snowy rides fer me :(

Knelt down yesterday in the first Tang Soo Do class of the year and managed to dislocate my knee.

The instructor did his Mr. Myagi impression and poppped it back in, but I now look like I've borrowed an elephants leg.

Missing the fun of riding past all the snowed up cars already

Hope the swelling goes down soon and you're back on the wheels but take it easy and repair fully first

Boo - Have dislocated mine three times - it's painful so hope you get well soon. Good news is that they generally heal quickly.

I was playing rugby again within 4 weeks after teh 1st time.
