Buster gonad's lights?

My brother got me s set for Christmas - I like them, although I can't use my saddlebag at the same time.
They do get noticed, although shouts of "nice nut sack" and similar from passing cars was a surprise at first.

So if these are Buster Gonad lights, what would a Buster Bloodvessel Light look like?
