Buying a bike. Annoying adverts (ebay.)

@cyberknight - it's probably the wrong time to sell. I've been watching a few and selling prices are a 1/3 of earlier this year, just after the Olympics.

I guess you have a good point. Christmas leaves people skint. I just have insecurities of selling bikes on there for the sake of low-ball bidding.

My own particular hates on ebay are people describing something as rare when everyone knows xthousands were produced and bikes more than five years old listed as "vintage".

Its also the ones with information you need to watch out for.

Such as being under 'New other' then having 'cracked screen' in the description.

The price has been upped also as people have bought these at the normal price,it's like a trap
