Levi 501, when they used to be made of proper denim, now I just buy Primark, and treat them as semi-disposable. Real PITA at moment, as I am 35" waist. 34 are a real squeeze,36 baggy as baggy things

Puzzle game procrastinator!
I've just realised that I haven't owned a pair of jeans for over 25 years! I might buy a cheap pair and see how I get on with them these days ...

I do remember the legs getting very tight when my cycling muscles got bigger, but the reason I stopped wearing them was that my waist ballooned and I refused to buy jeans big enough to fit.

The Paradox of Choice, Barry Schwartz's excellent TED talk...

"I want the kind that used to be the only kind... all this choice enabled me to do better. I did better, but I felt worse... why?"

Well worth a watch - 12:27 onwards for his experience buying jeans.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Skinny or slim fit dont tend to go over the knee on a typical cyclist. You need sparrow legs.
Or even regular fit , last time i tried to buy some jeans i ended up with cargo pants , i have legs more like hoy than froome . last time i measured 24 " each upper thigh and a 29-30 " waist .
EDIT
i googled thigh to waist ratio and i either get health risk for internal organs or piccies of ladies in bikinis , guess which one i looked at in depth for research purposes ?

Sainsbury TU jeans are superb..don't get stretch unless you really like stretch.

The TU cut is just like standard wrangler..I get 32/30 and straight leg..Perfect fit
2 pairs for 22.50 atm in the 25% off
