I got some jeans off ebay once. The listing described them as 'distressed'. I got back to the seller after they arrived, saying 'these aren't distressed, they're suicidal.' He insisted that was how distressed jeans were meant to be...

Used to find it impossible to get jeans to fit my waist and thighs till I found the Levi 511 jeans I wear now.

It's a bit more complicated than that...
One word. Marks and Spencers.

OK, that's three words, but I've yet to meet a pair of trousers from any other shop that fits like a pair of M&S trousers. The claimed waist size is the actual waist size, the claimed leg length is the actual leg length, and the thighs are generous enough.

I realise I may not be the typical cyclist shape, but I think I'm much closer to the typical population shape.
