What are the frame specifications (virtual/effective TT, ST, chain stays)?
Does the frame have eyelets for racks and mudguards? Got photos?

Will measure, but I'm guessing 52 to 54 tt. All the eyelets you could wish for. Ishiwata 0245 tubes, 531 fork.
