I'm skeptical.

The damper I use (long rod) is couple of feet long. Bow dampers are selected for a particular bow setup and it will be a very narrow range they are dealing with as everything related to the bow should remain constant. Shooting good scores is only obtained by repeating the same shot time after time.

A bikes bars may have a natural frequency but I would have thought road buzz would vary wildly depending on the surface and how quick you are riding it.
