C2C In October

Hi everyone
Myself and brother in law are the coast to Coast in October - Whitehaven to Sunderland
I have a Garmin 605 I would like to know does anyone have a file for Whitehaven to Sunderland from there garmins
I could use please if not what what would anyone suggest I use to make a map of the route to send to my garmin.

A friend of mine did C2C in a day a couple of months ago, but TBH I can't remember his start and finish points.

I don't think he's on CC either TBH but I have sent him a message via FB, so it he can't reply here I'll let you know what he comes back to me with

Yowsers that some serious climbs (well to us in the flat lands of Suffolk that is!!). I'm thinking of doing this myself next April so better get some serious training in!!!
