Sorry cubist, sounds very impressive, but I am buying using the cycle scheme, but thank you anyway. That should sell no problem. And thanks for the vote on the sl. ^_^

I'll be putting my 2014 Peloton Race in the classifieds soon. If anyone needs a test ride and can get to west yorks to see whether a 56 would suit them, feel free to message me.
1 in 1 out picked my 2014 Peloton Race up this week from www.winstanleysbikes.com for just £824 inc 10% cyclescheme surcharge imposed on reduced bikes, even still it will be a good deal if I save a little through the scheme.

White/Blue/Red too, the best colour ;)

New British brand Orro might be worth a look to anyone in the market for a new ride. Frames made in Asia (but then most are) & very well specced with 3T finishing kit (my personal fave)

don't know yet if they have a model under the magical £1k barrier for cyclescheme, but I will have a look.

We're big fans of SRAM here at Planet X. Each SRAM groupset is considerably lighter than equvialent offerings from any of their main competitors. DoubleTap shifting is quick, crisp and assertive right across the cassette, even under load. We ride our bikes in some pretty awful conditions through the year and SRAM kit always performs reliably through the worst of it. And SRAM offers fantastic value for money at every price point so you get the very best performance, whatever your budget. Now we're offering our best-selling Pro Carbon road bike with SRAM's all-new Rival 22 groupset!

SRAM might be the last major component manufacturer to the 11-speed party but it's only because they've spent extra time ensuring that their newest groupsets are every bit as good as possible. Rival 22 has everything we've loved about Rival in the past but now with one extra gear to help out on the climbs. Easy climbing was a focus when choosing the components for this one, and we went with WiFli options for the cassette, rear derailleur and chainset. WiFli was pioneered by SRAM to help its pro cyclists up alpine passes and hill-top finishes in the Grand Tours. It's available to us mortals as well now, which means that the Pro Carbon gets both a compact chainset and a cassette that goes all the way up to 32T! That's a huge range of gears that go down to a very small ratio so you can spin up steep climbs just like Alberto Contador.

The frame itself needs no introductions really. By far our most popular road frame, its light weight and comfortable carbon-fibre construction have seen it chosen time and time again for racing, sportives and Sunday morning club runs. The geometry sits nicely between aggression and endurance, meaning a rider position that you can confortably maintain for hours, while still having the aerodynamics and snappy handling to put the power down for the sprint to the next sign.

We capped things off with high-quality Planet X finishing kit, a San Marco saddle and FSA's semi-aero Team 30 wheels. Between all these performance components and seriously good carbon frame, you're getting superb bike for your money, one that you'll enjoy on club runs and sportives for years to come.

Do you want carbon or alu? have you ridden either...or any carbon bike? You need to before deciding I think (the right sized bike)

Assuming the PX comes in other colours  Otherwise it's easy ;)

You may also want to start your own thread, rather than hijacking this one
