Caadx and mudguards

Just about to pick up my new bike and since I live in Scotland was looking to put some mudguards on for the winter commute. Anyone know of a good set or if the SKS Race Blade XL will fit? I'm putting on 700x28 Gatorskins over winter too.

Caadx can take proper mudguards , raceblades are for bikes without proper mounts I think , might fit but better taking advantage of the proper mounts , I have the Sks longboards on my Caadx

I saw a caddx with mudguards at the train station yesterday, proper full mudguards,and it looked really good. I just fitted someslim ones to my Syanapse, and they hardly notice.

Just bought and tried fitting Longboards to my CX . Am I being thick or what the disc calipers are in the way of the the mudguard attachmets ???!!!

People do this kind of thing to get them to fit ...

One off those jobs you wished you had paid the LBS to do after you finished doing it yourself .

Sorted simply dont attach all 4 stays , bolt cutters handy job done !

TBH, I can't see those lasting through the winter. There's 4 stays for a reason...
