Sorry for newbie question
I have a set of red dot weinmann brake levers
And a set of 70.s campagnolo gear levers

Could somebody advise on inner cables I need
Pear shape or barrel
And do I need specific campag head gear cable

Pop down to your local bike shop and buy the cheapest universal brake cable you can find. Check to see which end fits, then buy a quality replacement. And yes, get campag gear cable. It costs the same as any other (near as dammit).

Brake cable will be 'Pear' ended but you may struggle with the gear cable, some of them need a bit of 'Fettling' to fit neatly into the recess. (note- this is the true meaning of the word Fettle, removing excess metal from a casting/stamping)

It's not them sitting flush that's the problem, modern cables don't sit in such a tight orifice on the lever so may have 'flash' on the nipple that prevents them going in., a nail file easily removes that.
