I'll presume there is a thread with a similar name/intent somewhere, but I can't see one - well, not on a first look

Therefore, I'd like to nominate my 'Top 3'

1. 'Dunnies' (aka; 'Wharfe View Cafe')
Bridge Street (just on town side of the Wharfe)

Otley
LS21 1BQ

OS ref; SE 202 457
Down by the bridge that crosses the Wharfe
Huge portions, cheap prices - but don't expect any fancy interiors
You'll queue to get a seat inside in winter, & probably have no chance even outside on a summer weekend
As a guide to prices, last time I was there, I had;
Meat & Potato Pie (proper one, cooked/cut from a baking tray!), Chips (again - proper ones), Peas
Pint of tea
Rhubarb Crumble & Custard
This cost the total price of.......£4.50!!!!!!^_^

Sadly, it has been (& probably still is) under the threat of closure, as linked here;

2. 'Squires'
Newthorpe
Twixt Sherbun-in-Elmet & the (old) A1 at Ledsham (on B1222)
OS ref; SE 479 321

This is a very well known motorbikers cafe, but is equally welcoming to cyclists
Whatever your tastes in bikes, be it Jap superbikes, old Brits, Harley-Fergusons, Ducatis, etc...... you'll find something to look at
The staff & bikers are friendly, & willing to talk/compare transport (even more so, whe you point out similarities, such as Sidi shoes)

Just watch out for bikes on the approaching roads, as they bank over through the corners

3. 'Oil Can Cafe'
The Carding Shed
Dobroyd MillsHepworth (near Jackson Bridge & Holmfirth)
HD9 1AF

OS ref; SE 163 071
I eventually got to this one yesterday, after telling other riders about it, who have visited are very taken with it
It shares the premises with a classic-car restorers, & there's car & motor-bikes in the cafe area to look at.
As well as retro/vintage shops
Cars/bikes on display will vary, I guess, but most are for sale (I wanted the TVR Cerbera & the 1969 Dodge Charger)
It was the only the 2nd (or maybe 3rd) time I've ever seen a modern Bristol too - think it's the Fighter????
Heck!!, there's even a Dolan track-bike hanging from the rafters

Hope these 3 cafes tickle the tastebuds?!

My old Discovery sneaking into the pic
The Bristol Fighter
The Cerbera & the shops
Yes please!!!! (even though it's only the baby 383 cubic inch)

How much does it cost to Oldham?
That caff at the corner of Burnley rd and Bacup rd, Cliviger. Tis ace and a cappuchino's about £1.20. And exactly 25 mile from my house. Good time for a brew.

ComedyPilot

Secret Lemonade Drinker
The little tea kiosk at Fimber roundabout between Sledmere and Fimber. The garden centre cafe at Cranswick. I am sure though that some CC regulars will join me in nominating the deli in market place Pocklington....?

Otherwise known as the most yorkshire place in the world.

Hacienda71

Mancunian in self imposed exile in leafy Cheshire
For the name alone Big Baps on the A57 as you approach Glossop.

On a more reasoned cycling basis the Cakes are extremely tasty and good value at Blaze Farm near Wildboarclough on the A54 and whichever way you get there is good hilly cycling.

Do I need to get the spray plaster out?
Bonne Bouche in Hamble High Street they call them selves a Deli but they do all the stuff a cafe does and they have table & chairs.

The food is lovely & so is the service.

We mostly "take-away" but what we love most is, not only the nice big cup of tea I can buy to drink on the Quay whilst the small people play, the fact that they make sandwiches to order and everything is properly home made (even the coleslaw) the bread is uncut and sliced to your needs too and they make "skinny" sandwiches for small people and will adjust price and size to your requirements so User76 has a skinny 1/2 sandwich and Squidge has a skinny full sandwich which is great cos there is no waste for me.

They also do cakes and all sorts of lovely other things too.

If you take-away the small people also think it is the most marvellous thing to walk away with their own "picnic" bag of lunchables to eat when we finish our ride on the Quay.
