Cake...Nom Nom

Love cooking, been baking and the freezer is now full of all sorts of seasonal yummies. However, I made an attempt to use up some bits and bobs and it's turned into what I can only describe of alike a steamed Dutch Apple cake... It's blummin lovely! I'm now attacking it without mercy..

Can someone please take this cake off me! I'll leave the door off the latch, if you could just take the cake away or hide it somewhere up high that would be smashing.

Any other accidental cakes/dishes?

Not cake or dishes but wine.

I once made some beetroot wine that had a secondary fermentation in the bottles and ended up looking and tasting like Lambrusco.

At the opposite end of the spectrum I made some turnip wine but used swedes as I thought that they were a good substitute they were even known as turnips in my native north east. Big mistake. The wine was foul in smell and taste.

Swmbo makes a real nice chocolate cake using a pampered chef recipe in a rice cooker.....mmmmm

She also makes some truly amazing chocolate chip flapjack using proper cadburys chocolate.....double mmmmm
