It's very squidgy - warming it up may prompt a structural collapse.

The texture was slightly rubbery when zapped in a microwave. It might have been better to warm it more slowly in a conventional oven. It tasted nice though.

It has reminded me how much I liked the parkin that I used to buy when I lived in Hebden Bridge. I'll cycle over there when conditions are warmer and buy some.
