Just made some cakes for a friends party tomorrow and the butter icing was melting so i popped them in the fridge . Should i leave them in the fridge until tomorrow or will that make the cakes hard ?
Its the butter going in and out of the fridge that has me worried .

Yes keep them in there overnight. The cakes won't harden but the icing will.

That advice will cost you a cake now

Don't risk it! Eat them, NOW, and make a new batch for the party tomorrow. You know it makes sense :hungry:.
