Cala n Forcat (Menorca).......cycling/cycle hire questions.

Having just got back from Menorca (Es Castell on the east) Mrs Dave (who is frightened of flying) has decided that she enjoyed Menorca so much she wants us to go back.......but to the opposite end (cala n Forcat)
The hotel we have chosen offers 'cycle hire' but I guess they will be pretty basic with few choices.
So..........
Any suggestions for a) where best to hire a bike
b) nice routes (15/30 miles)

Dont worry, there are plenty of decent bikes. We are just across in Mallorca now and we hired two Trek Emonda SL6s, which are excellent climbing bikes.
