I am a baldy git what some might call "follically challenged". I prefer to call it "distinguished".

I cut my hair a few mm's all over with a pair of clippers, but the problem with clippers is that they only work in one direction.

I am contemplating getting one of these:

Although I am, unfortunately, not quite as drop-dead good-looking as the man on the box, you can see from the shape of the machine that you can cut your hair in all directions.

There's mixed reviews of it on the internet, some people say it gives an uneven cut, but you can get yourself an uneven cut with any clippers if you're not used to doing it.

Has anyone who is used to using clippers tried one of these, and if so, what's your verdict?

I've not heard particularly good things about it. I was tempted to buy one but didn't in the end. I just shave my head now, it's a lot easier!

Looks good, can you try it first and let us know how you get on with it, before I risk my 1 all over style
