Hi,
I am currently writing my PhD at the University of Luxembourg in engineering design, and investigate if and how the intended messages of services get across from providers to users. The goal of the thesis is to develop guidelines for designers. In this study I compare different types of bike rentals, and bike café that hire out bikes is one of them.
If you know, or even have rented from such bike cafés+hire, I'd be happy to interview you on your perception or experience via phone or skype. The interview will take 45 min and comes with compensation for your time spent.
