TBH I haven't used any salt in cooking for 20 years. You don't really need it and most people take in far too much.
Remind me not to eat spaghetti round yours. Most people do take in too much salt, but that's almost exclusively because of highly processed foods. Not everything needs salt, but under-seasoning is a British vice, and the main reason we get simple stuff so horribly wrong. There's a reason it's called a salad.
